UDS INTERNATIONAL LECTURE SERIALS
LECTURE ON “GRANT MAKING”

A lecture on “ Grant Making “, was held at the Tamale Campus of the University for Development Studies on Friday the 18th of November, 2011. Attending the lecture were Deans of faculties, Directors of Schools and Postgraduate Students of the University.
The lecture was delivered by Dr Hans Hagen of the Royal Society, UK and supported by Professor Lorna Casselton, the Foreign Secretary of the organization. The lecture was meant to support researchers from the UDS have access to funding opportunities and also to fulfill the aim of the Royal Society of transferring skills to researchers in Ghana through collaborative research.
Dr. Hans Hagen and Professor Lorna Casselton held an interactive meeting with the Vice Chancellor of the UDS earlier in the day before the lecture.
