The UDS online application in process....

MODE OF APPLICATION

All applicants for the 2010/2011 Academic Year admissions are required to complete the UDS online application form. The procedure for the online application process is as follows:

  • To apply for any postgraduate programme, make a payment of GHC80.00 (Eighty Ghana Cedis, Ghanaian applicants) and $80 (Eighty Dollars, foreign applicants ) for the UDS online postgraduate admission form at any Ghana Commercial Bank branch through GCB SMARTPAY
  • To apply for any undergraduate programme, make a payment of GHC60.00 (sixty Ghana Cedis) for the UDS online postgraduate admission form at any Ghana Commercial Bank branch through GCB SMARTPAY
  • A receipt generated by GCB SMARTPAY will include a code (transaction identification number) required to access the UDS online admissions portal.
  • Access the online form by visiting our online admission portal at www.uds.edu.gh/online.php a day after the issue of the GCB SMARTPAY receipt. The transaction code on the GCB SMARTPAY receipt remains valid until the close of admissions.
  • When you go to the internet for the first time, you are required to create an account. The username and password (which should be created by you) of this account will then become the log in details for our online form.
  • In completing the online form, students will be required to upload their passport size photographs, results slips, certificates, scanned signature or any other relevant documents.
  • A completed form is not considered until it is SUBMITTED
  • Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before finally submitting their online applications. A form, once submitted, can be viewed, but cannot be edited.
  • All applicants should print out form summary, and forward with certified copies of attached documents and two passport sized photographs to reach:
