General Guide to Online Application System

For International Students

Local (Domestic) Applicants

Our Admission application process is purely online for Local Applicants.

The steps involved are as follows:

1. Buy Online Form using GCB SmartPay System at any Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) branch throughout the country.

2. The GCB SmartPay receipt generated by Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) contains the Transaction ID, Payment Date, and Payment Name required in completing the online form.

Note:
To be able to Access the online application form payment must have be done at least 24 hours (a full day).

3. Create a New User
4. Sign In with the Username and Password Created
5. Complete the form and Submit
6. Print the summary of the form
7. Submit as required
