This office coordinates and directs the functions of the various units under the directorate. The Works and Physical Development is an integral part of the Central Administration providing Technical Services for Physical Planning and Development of the University. It is also responsible for works and maintenance, management of Estates, ground and gardens. It provides other services like sanitation, telecommunication, and water supply. It is made up of the Works and Maintenance Unit, Physical Planning and Development Unit, Estate Unit, Transport Unit, Security Unit, Health Service Unit and Grounds, Gardens Unit and Consultancy Services
