Applicants should log in periodically to monitor their application status and check for any requests for additional information.
C. Important Notes for International Applicants
- International applicants do not need to purchase an application e-voucher to create an application account.
- All supporting documents should be clearly scanned and uploaded in PDF or image format.
- Documents not issued in English should be accompanied by certified English translations.
- Certified copies should be endorsed by a recognized authority such as a notary public, educational institution, or relevant examination body.
- A completed form is not considered until it is SUBMITTED.
- Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before they finally submit their online applications. A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited.
- Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis as they are received, and admission decisions are communicated to qualified applicants once the evaluation process has been completed. This approach allows successful applicants sufficient time to make the necessary travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements prior to the commencement of their studies. Prospective international applicants are therefore strongly encouraged to submit their applications by July 31 for September entry. Please note that some programmes may require earlier deadlines.
For further assistance with the application process, applicants may contact the International Students’ Office under the Directorate of International Relations and Advancement via admission_internation@uds.edu.gh.
Prospective applicants may also complete and submit the online enquiry form here for further information.
